DEBONAIRS OAKDENE PATHETIC UNAPOLOGETIC SERVICE AND DELIVERY!!!

I am extremely disappointed and rather quite disgusted at the poor level of service I received from Debonairs Oakdene Branch. I placed an order at 18:15 this evening, my pizza then arrived over an hour late after the app showed it was delivered 30 minutes earlier and I had to then phone the store to query what was going on. The driver then arrives with the 3 pizzas and forgets the Coldrink at the store, he then advised that he will rush back to collect my cooldrink and bring it back to me asap. A further two hours go by without my cooldrink, I called the restaurant atleast 15 times and I kept getting transferred to different people who all just getting saying that the driver forgot my order but his definitely on his way. No care in the world from the staff. I then ask for the manager at at 21:15 who also gave me the same speech and had no sincerity to the matter or the fact that I'll now have to climb out of my bed at this hour to collect my paid for cooldrink that I ordered 3 hours prior. My cooldrink has still not arrived and I am absolutely appalled at the service provided or lack thereof. This is not what I expect to happen with my hard earned money. My time, my airtime and my money still no resolution to this problem. Highly disappointed.
