Worst service ever!!!!!!!

I ordered my Pizza on the app and paid online for delivery. The confirmation came only at 19:00. At 20:00 i called to enquire and they told me the pizza was still instore and that a driver was on the way-they are about 10 minutes away from my house. 20:30 I was still hungry and they were now dropping my calls most especially the manager Dylan. I am officially deleting the app!!!
