Debonairs North Beach - stupidity and Attitude

Dear Sir/ Madam. On the evening of the second of November 2017, my fiancee and I ordered a pizza from Debonairs, North Beach, Durban. This took place around 20.00pm, at 21.00 I phoned to inquire as to the whereabouts of our supper, at which time, I was put through to a person who acted ******** with me and put me through to an extention that wrang until a voice mail came on. At which point, I phoned a second time and I spoke to a manager who assured me that the driver had left, half an hour later, I phoned a third time and the same, ******** person answered and proceeded to put me through to a dead extension. At which point the manager, whom I had previously spoken with phoned me and told me that the driver had run out of petrol, this is a story that i have heard before. Around 21.45 my meal arrived, cold and barely palatable. Also, the delivery man gave me attitude. This is not the first time this has happened, please look into this. Yours faithfully. Morgan
