Debonairs Noorgesig/call centre

I am very much disgusted by the ill service I received from Debonairs Noordgesig. I placed an order using my brother's Debonairs app only because I could not get hold of the Diepkloof Square, where I usually order. The order was placed at 19:00 and a order number starting with # was issued. I called at 20:00 to check what was happening and I was told that I was through at the call center and they are putting me through to the store. I called again on four different occasions till 21:01. I did not receive my Pizza and I had to drive out at that time to go and buy food for my nieces. I asked to speak to one of the superiors to lodge a complain against the call centre staff working on that day, but they took my number and never got back to me till today. After all these years of supporting Debonairs namely; Debonairs Southgate, Debonairs Viking and Debonairs Diepkloof Square. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN support your stores. It is a good thing that I shared this with other family members and friends and we all agreed to part ways with Debonairs.
