Debonairs no show

Order number **********5!What a terrible experience!! As I sit hear famished and with hungry children. I ordered at Debonairs Colombine today at 16h43, spoke to Mthimkhulu and he advised it would take 45 minutes. Here we are over 2 hours later no delivery, no call , no food and the restaurant has closed for the night.What it the point of ordering food if I am now stuck having to cook from scratch at this hour. I am very disappointed and frustrated as I had promised my kids pizza!They shouldn't have opened if they couldn't handle deliveries under these conditions, I mean what now! I placed an order and am left with no food hours later !! They over promised and under delivered .
