Debonairs - NO MORE!

Over the weekend of 24th November 2018, we ordered a pizza from Debonairs Lenasia South at about 19:20. We ordered this new promotion Dezemba box, with a side of chicken wings, one mild and bbq flavour with a 2L Coke. We were told that the order would take 45 minutes. Our food only came at 21:00. That was the longest 45 minutes EVER! When the pizza arrived, it was ice cold, like it was from the night before. The wings looked like they were boiled and tomato sauce and bbq sauce thrown over it to make it look tasty. There was nothing tasty about anything I ordered that day. Plus the cooldrink we wanted wasnt a 2L BUT a 1.5 Litre. What *** is that?

This is the type of service we get after we have called numerous times, being told that the driver forgot the order, when he got there, he said that the people at the shop didn't make the order. Who ever is to blame, I received shi!t service which I will never pay for again.

The dot on the box was not red, the pizza was cold, my pizza was not free, I want a refund for what I paid and I want this post to be recognized by the highest manager in order for me to send them relevant pictures to what we received. Is this how customers get treated?
