On the 27th i ordered on the app at 18:36 and ask for delivery at 19:30 I drive there to just check how far its my order and when i arrived the cashier check and told me that my order have been delivered then I went back home and the order was not there until they call me at 21:56 to ask if i am still interested on the order that i have replaced because the driver came back with my order. My reply was yes and they deliver it that 22:33 and when i open it was not fresh anymore pity they were not taking my call as i wanted them to come collect it and refund me. I lodged a complain with customer care the manager calls just to ask me what happen and even told me that i must remember that it was raining that day so she will escalate my complain to his head office maybe that's the way they solve complains.i wont ever buy in this restaurant ever the service is very bad .they ask me pictures i send till today but i made peace with it its my loss.
