Debonairs Newlands Disgusting Service by Branch Manager Maralyn Sheriff

Good afternoon.

I am writing this letter of complaint in pure disgust of the Debonairs in Newlands West. I am convinced that this is certainly the worst Debonairs in the entire city. I have been to multiple branches so far and all of them are absolutely brilliant in terms of the food as well as the service.

I received a call by the branch manager of the debonairs (Maralyn Sheriff) to allegedly solve a complaint I had made for them delivering a pizza to me over two hours late, with a burnt crust and dots of cheese. She spent the whole call telling me that I was practically lying because it was impossible for the pizza to have any of those problems. Her complaint handling skills was non existent and brought me to question how is it possible to have someone that ******** managing the entire store. This is clearly where the problem had stemmed from.

I waited for 4 days with the pizza lying at my house and no one returned my complaint, I was even hung up on when calling the store. And she had refused to give me a refund for this horrible service we had to endure. People like this is the reason why Debonairs has lost so much of business and credibility over the years and as someone who has been a loyal customer for so long, I cannot possibly recommend any family or friends to spoil their lunch by ordering from this particular franchise any longer.
