Debonairs Newclare by Shell garage

I ordered pizza at 18:58 yesterday from debonairs newclare, its now 09:42 on the 1st of March and I still have not received my order. I called numerous times and on my last call I was told a manager would call me...I'm still waiting for that call. My money is gone, I have no pizza and no communication from the company
