I have experienced when you pay online your food is always late and by late i mean you wait for your food 2 and a half hours. When calling to follow up they transfer your call to a voicemail and at the end you have to go and collect it yourself because the excuse is that they are too busy and they are on their way.

This is the Debonairs at Mall at New Market and the delivery address is app 3km's away!!!

BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!
