Debonairs New Market

I have a serious complaint or perhaps a concern about your staff.

On the 23rd of February 2021 at around midday, I went to your branch to order some pizza. I was then assisted by some woman by the name of Unathi who was extremely ride and seemed very ***********.

She placed my order then she told me there's a problem with the system and she could not place the order. I waited for about 15mins whilst she was making noise and shouiting to her friends who were working at the back. To be honest the place was like a taxi rank with all the noise.

I then called Unathi to ask about my order she gave attitude again and rudely interrupted me while I was speaking and she spoke very badly to me. If it were up to me I would go over the counter and give her the same treatment.

I don't know what makes her think she is better than the customer but I was reluctant in reporting her on the spot as the t seemed the matter would just get swept under the carpet. It's quite obvious all the staff are friends and would probably protect each other.

I'm extremely disappointed in your service and the kind of staff you hire. Why can't you hire decent employees who atleast have good manners me know how to treat customers.

I've never felt so disgusted in my life, I left without the order being made. This girl Unathi has really made me hate Debonairs Pizza and I'll probably never set foot in there again. It honestly felt like I was in a store in the township and in the end I didn't even get what I went to the restaurant to buy.

I'm extremely disappointed, it makes me question the quality of food at this store.
