Debonairs Mount Edgecombe Order not Delivered

On Friday the 8th of May at precisely 4.55pm, I placed an order telephonically for 3 pizza's. I never received the order nor was i informed that my order could not be processed. I tried calling the call center numerous times to enquire about my order however all attempts were unsuccessful. On Saturday morning I managed to get through the call center and requested to speak to the manager. I was then transferred to the Mount Edgecombe store was per the call center, my order would have been processed via this store. I spoke to store manager Ishara and she advised me that my order was never processed as they closed deliveries at 4.50pm. I enquired why was i not informed of this as according to her the store never received my order. I made futher enquires of which she could not give me direct answers for and advised me that she would get the senior manager to call me back. To date, i have not received a call from the senior manager. To my knowledge delivers close at 7pm and not 4.50pm, so what makes the Mount Edgecombe branch different from any other branch? The principal remains, i had kids waiting anxiously to be treated to Pizza and i hate disappointing my kids in any way.
