Debonairs Mokopane/Mahwelereng so disappointing.

I went online to order a pizza. Their online showed me the available stores that can help me. The one which was very close to me was close for renovations and it redirect me to the alternative one. I placed an order and paid online. The lady from the branch phone said they won't deliver my order because I was out of range. But I asked why do they allow their system to make me order and pay if they won't deliver and they have my location. I told them to make a plan because it's not my fault. They canceled my order without my consent and they are failing to refund me from the 18/08/21 till today. I am so irritated. Debonairs was my favorite biggest pizza outlet I preferred.
