Debonairs Midrand Boulders Undelivered Order

I ordered a pizzas online and paid for the pizzas and delivery using my address that is saved in their app. I than received a call from the Midrand Boulders branch saying that they don’t deliver in my area and the driver accusing me of changing my address whereas I had used the one in the app. The order was done yesterday the 1st of June 2020 now it’s the 2nd and I don’t have an idea what’s happening. I’ve called their head office but I’m still having no solution. I have screenshots from their app showing my address and payment for delivery. All I want now is my refund.
