Debonairs messes up order for Children's Orphanage

I had a terrible experience with Debonair online app on the 28th July. As a birthday gift my wife requested and in line with the Mandela day that we order Pizza for lunch for 16 Children at an Orphanage in Tsakane. We placed the order at 12:00 on Saturday for the kids to have lunch at 13:30 latest. The Children had prior activities as this was a special day. I received a call from driver at 3pm asking for direction to deliver the Pizza!! Mind you i had captured teh address and provided clear instructions. I also followed up with Tsakane call centre on an ongoing basis to find out the status of the order and i kept getting response that its 30 mins away. I logged a complaint with the call centre and haven't received any feedback from Debonairs as to how they will make it up to theses kids who were starved as a result of incompetence on Debonairs side.
