Debonairs ****** me off my refund

I ordered pizza on Friday the 28th of April from Debonairs Phillip Nel and it was supposed to be a delivery ,they took my order and I emmediatly made a card payment of R199. While my family and I were waiting for pizza I get a call minuets later that unfortunately they don’t deliver around my area, I stay in Lotus Gardens. One of the workers says let me try and talk to the management and see if we can deliver still and they refused , fine I then ask for a refund since they cannot deliver them they drop the call. I call again then they tell me they can only refund after 3 days. I then wait for the refund after 3 days and still nothing, each time I call and raise the refund issue they drop the phone, I am sooo dissappointed by Debonairs and even now I still haven’t received my refund
