Debonairs Mdantsane East London Bad Service

I had a very traumatic experience with Debonairs Pizza Mdantsane East London. I ordered Pizza at 17:53 delivery was only done at 20:87 cashier being Siphokazi,Driver being Ayabonga with the pizza black on the black dot cold. As my understanding the policy with Debonairs is that if it’s black it free. The driver phoned the shop and I spoke to the manager on duty who advised me to wait for a fresh pizza. My children are sleeping at this time and we did not have supper because we were waiting for the pizza. The driver then put us through to the owner Lungi who was very rude to the extent that he phoned flying squad to my house saying we are mugging the driver which I feel is very offensive to my household. They advised us to go the shop and pay for the pizza which I did not do. I feel very offended by the treatment I got from Debonairs Mdantsane East London.
