Debonairs Maunde faling me after an accident caused by their employee

To whom it may concern

It has been over two months since my car was involved in an accident with Debonairs S****** from Debonairs Maunde in Mnandi Mall Atteridgeville, Pretoria and I believe I have given enough time to Debonairs to have my vehicle fixed at this stage I am actually really angry because on the last email that was sent to me by Debonairs Maunde on the 14 August 2022 after I escalated to Famous Brands Debonairs Maunde stated that they were waiting for feedback from Mobile Macs. I just got off the phone now with Linda from Mobile Macs explaining to me that Mobile Macs is not responsible for repairs on my car. While I wait for them (Debonairs)to get back to me regarding my car they are currently using a loan bike while their bike is being repaired. I have submitted all relevant documents at the Debonairs Mnandi store that they needed to proceed with the claim. No one is communicating anything to me. Can someone just take responsibility, I can not drive around with a broken tail light no more.
