Debonairs Maponya mall is ****

I ordered online 2 pizza's online from Debonairs Maponya mall on 03/08/2023. One of those Pizza's was a creamy veg with meats added, costing R 193. When the driver eventually decided to deliver almost 2 hours later, instead of the almost R 200 pizza I ordered, i got a cold plain meat pizza. I lodged a complqaint on the debonairs app and was told it will be resolved in 1 working day, today is 5 days later and still nothing. These people overcharge and always under deliver, are not customer centric, are full of lies and I guess are in the business to make money by ripping people off and being dishonest. ****
