DEBONAIRS MAPONYA MALL BAD SERVICE

I placed an online order @ 18:30pm at Debonairs Maponya Mall, it's 8pm and my order hasn't arrived, I tried calling the call center but couldn't get assistance there, they tried to put me through to the store but no answer, I spent over 45minutes trying to get assistance and still nothing...

I am not happy with the service and the level of absence and no availability of staff at the store is frustrating..

It's another expense on my side having to use my airtime to try trave where my order is when I have already paid for it..

I'm extremely angry with this and feel very inconvenienced
