Ordered 5 pizza deal from debonairs mall@carnival at 13:49 and payed online. After first hour tried to get hold of the store. For two hours tried to get through to the store with line just saying they're receiving a lot of calls. Eventually called head office to cancel order. Call centre advised me that store manager will call me back. No call was ever received from store. Still waiting for a refund. If you couldn't handle the pressure why open the store in the first place. This is the worst customer service that i have ever experienced.
