Debonairs Maitland

I placed an order with the store in Maitland @ 2:18pm. Called the call @ 3:08pm stating my order would be delivered by 3:10. My son continued waiting outside the complex as the drivers seem to have an issue coming inside the complex that also I never understood. Called the call centre yet again @ 3:35pm. The kind lady called the store and was advised that the store no drivers that why my order was delayed. At 3:45 on the app it said my order was on its way. When tracking the order it showed the driver going in the opposite direction yet again I order @ 2:18. I do have all the screen shots of the driver on route. The unhelpfully agent called @ 4:05 to tell me to drive to the store to go collect my order. I requested a full refund but the agent said that the pizza's where already made. Eventually the call centre put me through to the store and they where going to refund me after 2 hours of calls and waiting. Service delivery is so bad and this is not the 1st time having issues with the store in Maitland.
