Debonairs Macassar poor service

Horid service from Debonairs Macassar during this lockdown! We ordered and paid online for two pizzas yesterday at 17h00, after an hour and a half we got a bit wary and decided to call to check the order was still on it’s way, which they confirmed was “ten minutes away”. Once 19h00 came and went their phones were offline, we decided to give up at 20h00 only to receive a call post curfew to inform us they could no longer deliver our paid for pizzas nor provide a refund until the following week. It didn’t end there, we got a call today at 11h00 saying our pizzas were fifteen minutes away when we weren’t even home, after sitting on the call centre line now for half an hour, we have a case number but still no refund, ridiculous for something that should be an easy night in has turned into admin and frustration!
