Debonairs Macassar- Delivery 19 hours later and asking for payment!

I ordered a pizza from debonairs macassar (order number ***4) on Friday 8 May 2020 at 17:32. At 18:00 I called the store to confirm whether they had received my order and whether they would still be able yo deliver due to the lockdown restrictions and they advised that they would. At 20:17 I received a call from the branch saying that my order is ready but because its after hours the estate won't let them in, could I please collect the order at the gate. I agreed. I waited at the estate gate for 30min! No onr showed up and I received no calls. The next day, Saturday the 9th of May at 12:00I received a call from the security at my estate saying that my debonairs order is at the gate and the driver demanded that I pay for the order. I ofcourse told him he could keep the pizza as I ordered it the day before! I dont care how busy you are you can't treat people this way. I gave you plenty of opportunities to cancel the order instead you make me wait outside my house for 30min and then arrive the next day demanding that I pay? You people make me sic****
