Debonairs long and cold wait

>I placed an order for delivery at 19h30 on the 29/04/2016. I called at 20h30 because my order was not yet here, they informed me that the driver is on the way. 30 minutes later still nothing i called again, they gave me the phone to speak to the manager. She said she will find out where the driver is and call me back, she called back saying she does not know where the driver is as he is not picking up. 10 minutes later she called again checking if we have received the order. Around to ten i told her that we are sleeping now and we were very hungry at that point and tired of waiting for nothing. She said that they are preparing a fresh one and it will be delivered, she then calls to confirm that the driver is on his way. Ten minutes later the driver calls saying that he is with the original driver he was lost and I asked if he couldn't call to ask for directions. So he's trying to say that he got lost for 3 hours. Now the guy says that he is coming, yipii he gets here. Its dark outside, my fiance rushed out and gets it. When I look at it the dot is 'black' now showing that its not the fresh one as that manager promised, they sent us s pizza that they prepared around to 8. It was delivered at, 22h38pm. It was dry because it was not hot, it was also burnt and that driver knew that the dot was not red and he made us pay for it and they promised a fresh one and didn't deliver their promise. It was the worst wait as it was not worth the wait
