Debonairs Lenasia ****ty Service ****ty food

Debonairs Pizza Lenasia is absolutely terrible. Terrible service and food isjt up to standard This isnt the first time they have messed up an order. I placed an order on friday the 2nd April 2021 the order never arrived as the driver waa lost and could not explain where he was. He was a new driver so i blame debonairs for not briefing him correctly and not having a tracker for their driver.. and besides that i had to keep calling the store multiple times for updates even though they promised to update me. Also since seeing i received no food and even if my food had eventually come it would've been ice cold n i will get the food free. I received no reimbur*****t for this n no communication from the store Also they ssent an apology order so part of my order which was a triple decker .. i asked for extra garlic n got blobs of garlic RANDOMLY on the slice which was disgusting I shouldnt have to pay foe an paology order which was received 2 and half hours late .. i placed the orde at 19:01 n recieved this apology order at 21:30 Also i still havent received my reimbur*****t of the actual order i placed for over R300 as i had guests ... ****ty food ****ry service from debonairs lenasia ... will never be ordering again
