Debonairs Lenasia South and Ennerdale

Debonairs, I give up shame. The worst service ever received today. Placed an order at 20:07, made a follow up at 20:44 and again at 22:55 only to have my line cut and an agent refusing to speak to me. Finally got through to a very rude manager who said it was my choice to make a follow up on the order and blamed me for making an order at the wrong store and not the app. So they had my order and can't deliver it cause the driver is waiting for his friend to come with him to where I stay, 30 minutes later. Ended up canceling cause I have hungry kids at home who won't wait another 30 minutes and I won't beg for something I will pay for at the end of the day. The manager insulted me and dropped the call.
