Debonairs leaves a bitter taste ...

Hi. I placed an online order with Debonairs. Avonwood stores accepted my order. Redeemed my voucher and accepted my card payment. Totaling R301. Called 30 minutes laterto say i will be refunded in 48hours sincethey do notdeliver to my arear. Fair enough. But why accept order or payment in the first place. Long stoy short. Its been 11 days of calls, and i still have no resolution. I reached outto a supervisor Linda. Who seemed helpful and promosed to follow up and call me back at 2 pm after her lunch break. I agreed. I receivedthe call 2.30 pm and got to my phone too late to answer. Never been called back by her since. Someone contacted me friday last....asking if my issue has been resolved. No. So she too would follow up. And this has been going on for 11 days. Store manager sends me whatsapp calls and messages saying no updates yet. Store owners have not yet approved my refund. Fund have been deducted from my bank account. Im lost for words Debonairs.
