Debonairs KwaThema Sqaure has horrible delivery service

Kwathema Square - I ordered at 6:55. They just called now, it's almost 2 hrs later, to tell they're having backlog. The customer service at this store is atrocious. Mind you this is the 2nd time I've complained about this store and was promised feedback from the manager previously but never got any. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try order again, I regret it.
