Debonairs Kwaguqa mall is *******

Iam very disgusted with the customer service I received at Debonairs Kwaguqa mall. I called 3:30 pm to place an order and the lady I spoke to said it would take 45 minutes for the delivery, I waited for 3 hours and the pizza did not arrive. I phoned the store again and the lady who answered this time said she can't find my order and called a delivery guy named Thulani, who said he was going to check and get back to me, after 30 minutes I called again and this time the lady says she will check with the manager and will get back to me, now again I phoned and the last one to answer my call was extremely rude, lacks customer service management and needs urgent training!!! I'm never setting my foot there, Debonairs should just go to hell
