Debonairs Kuils River is the worst
Debonairs in Kuils River gave me so much attitude today because of their mistake. The person I spoke to on the phone told me I should expect my delivery in around 45min. It's way over an hour now and they did not even call me to notify me of the delay. When I called the person who answered the phone gave me so much attitude and even though the manager asked forgiveness, I feel like the right thing to do in the first place was to call me and apologize ahead cause I am sure they did not realise that they only have 3 drivers nearly 2 hours after my order. I have been a loyal customer of Debonairs for long time but not anymore!
