Debonairs kraaifontein?

Worst ever, I placed an online order of which it was accepted and paid for online, almost 1 hour and 30 min later, still no delivery. I went on the app to check of which it showed sorry order taking longer than expected and then boom, tracking unavailable, I call the shop of which it goes to customer care, being transferred from 1 person to another and eventually then transferred to steers customer care?!!!! Like seriously what the hell about my order now and the money that's been paid, debonairs kraaifontein you suck big time!!
