Debonairs KNYSNA - disgusting service and pizza

Debonairs KNYSNA branch (if i could give zero stars i would)

June 23, 2022 Phoned at 12 for an order, its now almost 2pm. Nothing. Knysna branch blames the call centre or tells us there is only 1 driver (there was in fact 2 drivers on duty) Pathetic , really. Strike 1 the pizza eventually arrived after 3 hours. Strike 2 - when we opened the pizza box, it was clear it was just shoved into the oven again. Mushrooms dried out, the creamy sauce now a cheese paste and the crust like bubblegum. My colleague then phoned to complain as this was unacceptable. To their credit , they sent us 2 freshly made pizzas,for which I am grateful. However, here is where Strike 3 comes in. I get home with the pizza , and my boyfriend tries the pizza commenting on how good it was, that was until on the 2nd slice we found a thick, black hair. Disgusting. I will never order from Debonairs again. You will not see me or my money ever.
