Debonairs Khayelitsha mall , Dry creamy chicken flavour

I order a triple decker creamy chicken pizza from Debonairs pizza in Khayelitsha Mall my pizza is dry there is nothing creamy about it at all ! This is the second time now we get a such service the last pizza literally had water dripping when bitting. Imagine ordering online waiting for long and getting such service
