Debonairs kg mall :Refusal to deliver to my doorstep as per policy

I placed an order at kg mall 3 days ago. I received the wrong order which was delivered to my doorstep. I called to return the order and the matter was dealt with. Today i placed an order and apparently they cannot deliver to me anymore. Was it my fault that they took the wrong order??? Im really not happy. Please assist
