Debonairs Kesington Poor Service

Ordered a pizza 18.20 from Debonairs Kensington and the pizza was delivered after 20.00. The driver comes 1 hour 30 mins later, the pizza is cold, I've got 2 boys aged 5 and 2 years old waiting since 18.20. Since you cant handle the volume, I'll support someone else with my hard earned money. With the economy opening up, I would've thought every sale counts, but not at this store...and dont forget, service goes with a sale.
