Debonairs Kenilworth

We bought a pizza 2 weeks back at the Debonairs Kenilworth and we had a horrible experience.

The pizza was dry and falling apart we have made contact with them via the debonairs app and sent pictures but got no response back from them. Now we wanting to order again and we are 2 minded as we didn't enjoy the last experience. And still have not received any sort of communication after being advised that a ticket was logged and that we'd be contacted within 24 hours this is horrible especially from my family's favorite pizza place
