Debonairs keeps failing me after giving it million chances

This is happening far too many times, today I've placed an order online and paid as usual, few minutes after placing the order, i received a text saying my order has been delivered, i waited amd kept checking my gate to see it, an hour passed by still my order wasn't there, two hours passed by, when i call the shop they kept saying it was on its way, i stay few seconds away from the Debonairs shop at Dwarsloop mall, i got fed up politely asked them to cancel my order and reverse my money , the lady just said she will transfer my call to the shop, but it hasn't happened, now there's power cut my toddler will sleep hungry my money is gone still no sign of Debonairs helping me, please help me
