Debonairs kagiso Mall is ****

I placed an order on the debonairs app paid online yet I received nothing ...Kagiso Mall Debonairs is really not reliable. I mean why did they take my order if they knew they would not deliver. My family waited for 3 hours and the kids slept on an empty stomach as they had beeeeen waiting ...can they at least refund me then. Nxa
