Debonairs Jubillee mall turning off delivery early

I'd like to offer some constructive feedback regarding my recent ordering experience. I attempted to place an order for pizza at Debonair Jubilee mall, but I couldn't find the delivery option available, which led me to order from Steers instead. Interestingly, I was able to place an order at Steers even though I had eaten Steers food the previous night. What's even more puzzling is that despite Debonairs not offering delivery at that moment, they are still delivering for Steers with devinairs branded bikes.It's worth mentioning that Debonairs seems to switch off delivery early, more than an hour before closing time, while Steers allows orders even 30 minutes before closing. It would be greatly appreciated if this delivery window at Debonairs could be extended to match Steers, allowing customers to place orders up to two hours before closing time. Thank you
