Debonairs Jabulani mall

So I placed an order at debonairs Jabulani mall @ 17:38 received an sms and email that my order was received and confirmed. After waiting so long, no delivery nothing so at exactly 19:09 I call the store to enquire about my order but unfortunately I went through to the answering machine:(. An hour later at 20:11 i received a call from the store. I didn't get the name of the lady who called and rudely asked if I received my order and told me that it's the driver's responsibility to make sure orders are delivered she could have atleast apologised for the delay and take ownership for the company that she works for. Debonairs Jabulani mall your service is disgusting and you have lost a customer forever!!!!!!!!!
