Debonairs Jabulani mall

I placed an online order at 18:17 with the Jabulani mall branch, 2 hours later I'm still waiting for my food. There has been absolutely no communication from the store and their lines, unsurprisingly are not going through I sent an email to which I have received no response and called their contact centre which advised that they are also unable to reach the store. I have found on numerous occasions that this stores customer service is non existent, they treat customers as if we are almost paying for the service that we require from them. I am inclined to believe that the reason they don't take their customers seriously is because the store is located in the township which in my opinion shouldn't matter as we also pay for the service that they lack.
