Debonairs is the worst pizza place in the entire country!!!!!!

On the 2nd of May 2022 I ordered(through Debonairs Pizza App) 1x large pizza for myself, 2x small pizzas for my wife and kid as well as some sausages from Debonairs Sunningdale. The order was placed around 15:41. I saw the driver on the map standing still for almost an hour somewhere in Big Bay(I live in Parklands and have ordered many Pizzas from the Sunningdale branch over the years). 80 minutes after the order was placed the driver arrived at my property, delivering ONLY the sausages and 2x small pizzas, which was COLD when it arrived. I would have sent it back but my kid was hungry so we decided to reheat the pizza in the oven because we don't have a microwave. The pizza did not taste nice because it was no longer fresh. I asked the driver where is the large pizza and he looked absolutely flabbergasted that it was not in his bag!!!! HE MUST HAVE CHECKED THAT ALL THE ITEMS WERE IN HIS BAG!!!!!!!!!!!. So he only said 'sorry' ***???!!!. He went back for the large pizza and only delivered it at around 17:40. THIS IS TWO HOURS SINCE THE INITIAL ORDER WAS PLACED, AND THE BRANCH IS ONLY ABOUT 15 MINS AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. Again the pizza was cold and stale and needed to be reheated, it was also not nice because it was no longer fresh. Neither the driver nor the store has been in contact with me at anytime during this mess to tell me whats going on, I called the store while waiting for the second pizza and was placed on hold because I needed to speak to a manager, which is very funny because I too was a restaurant manager so I know the manager was probably rehearsing what to say when I was on hold. I never got through to the manager, guess they were hiding away and did not want to speak to a customer. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! I would definitely think twice before considering the brand again. If I wanted to wait 80 mins to two hours for a pizza, I would have damn well made it myself. Debonairs does not know the definition of customer service or the term fast food, neither do they care about what type of food their customers gets, guess I am just a number to them. Taking my business elsewhere thank you very much!!!!!!!
