Debonairs is the worst

I got to Debonairs Jabulani mall at 17:40pm, my order was taken 17:50pm, the cashier(Nelisiwe Mlilo) that was assisting me seemed like she doesn't not want to talk to me, but worst of all is that the time now is 18:30pm I'm still waiting for the order. When I got up to ask how long it would take I was rudely answered by the guy who was calling orders and telling me that it's not his responsibility to tell me long it would take for the order to be out, while the manager(Basetsana) just stood there and looked at me like I was crazy. The food comes out and I open it to check if all is well and it's HORRIBLE as if it was prepared by a child. My goodness why the service have to be bad at Townships
