Debonairs is the worst!!!

yesterday my kids placed an order with Debonairs in eagles landing. While we were waiting i got a call to tell me to go out as the delivery guy was outside. When i got out the driver was so rude, telling me that he's been waiting. He further asked i didnt come outside the house because we opened the gate for him. i apologised and explained to him that at the gate he buzzed my husband (whom was not home) at that time and he didnt tell me that he was opening for you. The guy went on and on. i eventually got angry and told him he is full of nonsense. He rep**** and said that i was also full of nonsense and that i think i am the only client. I chased him away but he refused to go, i then kicked his bike because he was threatening me. I then called back at the shop and explained to the manager, Nosipho Khuzwayo everything that transpired. I asked her to send a different driver. I waited...... and waited! She called back at 21:00 to tell me that the drivers are uncomfortable to come to my house. So my order was cancelled.
