Debonairs is just Useless!!!

If I could rate Debonairs Phillip Nel Branch -0 I would so exactly that. Ordered a pizza on the APP and 30min later get a notification that the Pizza had been delivered which is a lie as I hadn't received it. Called the store and person who answered the phone didn't even know whether she was coming or going then said it was still in the store, had to check something and would get back to me in 2min. Of course the callback didn't happen... So I called again spoke to another clueless lady who gave me attitude when asked when they were intending sending the pizza. Manager Michael Kalombo came on the line and couldn't explain the reason of this delay...atleast he managed to get the pizza dispatched 1H30 after the order was placed. Debonairs this is ****** nonsense! You have definitely lost a customer and will be sharing this with everyone in my circle!
