Debonairs is getting worse each time

If i were to give debonairs 0 stars i would, cos they really are are flop, i ordered meaty crammed decker, they delivered just a triple decker of a different flavor from what i ordered... I called tge store(Monument road, kempton park cbd) and addressed tge issue they said they'll give me another one, upon delivery the pizza was cold as i unpacked it from the box i struggled to take out slices cos it was very dry and not fresh, as i ate it i came across raw dough, there was no filling on the layers just mayonaise and very few pieces of meat less than 10, DEBONAIRS is just failing us, how can we pay so much money on their terrible products, y'all should just stop making double layered pizzas you are getting WORSE!!!
