Debonairs is a ****

On the 17 July 2021 I ordered a crammed decker crust from Debonairs Philip Nel Park. I placed the order at 17:13 and got my order at 18:20 and the Debonairs is just 5km from my place. When I received my order it was dry and I couldn’t eat it. I ate 1 and half pieces, I just couldn’t finish the second one. I decided to call the store and asked for the manager. Some coloured lady answered and asked me how many pieces did I eat without even apologizing. She then asked for my details and told me to hang up so she can call me back. She never called back and I decided to call again and they didn’t answer. I took the matter to Twitter and I got a call from their customer service and they asked how do I want this matter to be resolved. Mentioned to them that I’ve informed the lady at store that it’s either they fetch their pizza and give my money back or replace it. They then said they communicate to the manager so she can call me. I waited for the call and decided to go back to on the 21st since the matter is still not resolved. I got a call and they told me the same story. Debonairs doesn’t respect their customers at all.
