DEBONAIR'S IS A JOKE!

Who orders a pizza at 16:41 and the damn thing gets delivered at 19:35 cold and stale and I'm supposed to pay for it? It's a pity I paid online otherwise I would have NOT paid for it and your website or app doesn't show any option to cancel an order, that's just FOUL and now I'm stuck with **** pizza I wanted to cancel after realizing it's taking too long and too long is an understatement really, nothing short of ridiculous. This is not the first time I experience such from Debonair's at different areas not just Dobsonville and Protea Glen as well. I actually gave up on Debonair's since the Protea Glen experience and I feel stupid for buying again because clearly you don't give a **** about people who make you the brand you are. TERRIBLE service and the call center is just as ****ty, they tell you they're putting you through to branch only to hang up on you. This is beyond disappointing, it's sickening actually.
