Debonairs in Westgate Mall makes pizza that looks deceased

I am so so angry at the service I received from Debonairs Pizza yesterday afternoon. I thought I would do something nice for my fiance and his mom by ordering some delicious pizza but alas i was truly disappointed! I ordered one triple decker with a crammed crust and one normal triple decker and my bill was over R300. I ordered around 17H28 and at 19H00 I had to call in to find out where my pizza was because I was unable to track the order on the app or the browser link provided. The women I spoke to said she will issue a case number for me and find out from the store where my pizza was. Before hanging up on me she told me she will call me back to let me know what's happening.. a short while after that the delivery guy came and he apologised for the long long wait and I chose to forgive and accept the pizza... After waiting almost two hours for it... The disappointment however came after I opened the box to dig in.. the triple decker was so flat and empty!! No cheese, dry chicken, no sauce at all!! The cram decker literally only had sauce close to the cheese griller and the griller was overcooked! I then called in the the customer care line and spoke to the same agent who told me the only thing she can do is escalate my case..(the last time i was told of an escalation, NOTHING HAPPENED - I REVIECED AN SMS SAYING THE CASE WAS RESOLVED BUT NO ONE EVEN CONTACTED ME OR ANYTHING) i then asked for a manager and was told there's no supervisor available! I took photos of the pizza I received yesterday. It honestly looked as if the pizza had cancer!! That was the last time I buy from Debonairs. It was extremely embarrassing as I thought I could do something nice for my in-laws and it was a complete fail! I'm going to tell my friends and family about this embarrassing and disappointing service as I surely would not want them to go through this as well. My in-laws tried to eat the pizza out of being so hungry but we ended up having eggs instead!! This is not the first time I've had this issue with Debonairs. The last time I ordered I had the same issue but nothing came from it after I complained. I'm seriously ditching this fast food franchise
